  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 to 5 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato oil
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in a large pot over medium heat until translucent (3–5 minutes). Add minced garlic and red chili flakes; stir for about one minute.
  2. Combine paneer pasta, chicken stock, and tomato paste in the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover to simmer for 15–20 minutes until pasta is cooked.
