  • 120 g Pitted Dates
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 60 g Peanut Butter
  • 60 g Cocoa Powder
  • 60 g Strawberry Jelly (jam)
  • 60 g Dark Chocolate
  • 60 g Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. Soak pitted dates in boiling water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Drain dates and blend them with milk until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine blended dates, cocoa powder, and 60g peanut butter; mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into six portions, pressing each into a muffin tray to form cups.
  5. Fill each cup with the remaining peanut butter and top with strawberry jelly.
  6. Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and drizzle over each cup.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes until set.
