  • 120 g Oat Mylk Chips
  • 100 g Coconut Sugar
  • 125 g Yogurt
  • 60 g Plain Flour
  • 30 g Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 120 g Pecan Halves
  • 15 g Ground Flax Seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf tin (10 x 20 cm) with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the oat mylk chips in a bowl using the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Combine melted chips with coconut sugar and yogurt; whisk until smooth.
  4. Sift in plain flour, cacao powder, salt, and bicarbonate of soda; fold gently.
  5. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin and bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, mix pecan halves, yogurt, coconut sugar, plain flour, and ground flax seeds for the topping.
  7. Spread this topping over the baked brownie base and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
