  • 2 cups pecan halves

  3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Form dough into balls (about 1.25 inches) and place on prepared sheets with enough space in between.
  6. Bake for approximately 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
