  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional: Orange food coloring
  • Granulated sugar for rolling
  • Chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until melted and smooth. If desired, add food coloring.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a butter-greased baking sheet; spread evenly and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
  4. Once firm, rub your hands with butter and roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll each truffle ball in granulated sugar to coat evenly.
