  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (cold)
  • 1 1/2 cups (183 grams) powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans; line with parchment paper.
