  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 16 ounces breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 ounces Colby jack cheese (slices)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned; then crumble and remove from pan.
  3. Scramble eggs in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until set.
