  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 125 g cold butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
