  • 30 g Plain Flour
  • 20 g Vanilla Protein Powder (or additional flour)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 60 g Thick Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Sugar or Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine plain flour, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder.
  3. Add thick yoghurt and mix until combined.
  4. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until it forms a ball.
  5. Roll out into a rectangle (20cm x 10cm) and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a scroll shape and place it in a greased ramekin.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
