  • 30 g Oat Flour (or blended oats)
  • 20 g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Vegan Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Strawberry Jam
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
  3. Add vegan yogurt and mix until a dough forms; adjust with more yogurt if needed.
  4. Roll out dough between parchment paper into a rectangle about half a centimeter thick.
  5. Cut into two rectangles; spread jam and peanut butter on one half.
  6. Place the second rectangle on top and seal edges by pinching.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before enjoying.
