  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine thyme, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture over the brisket.
