  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat softened butter until smooth, then gradually add both sugars and cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
