  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed salted pretzels
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water and let it cool.
  3. Crush pretzels and combine with melted butter and sugar; press into a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes.
