  • 2 cups crushed sugar cookies (about 10-12 cookies)
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 10 oz vanilla melting wafers
  • Red & green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the sugar cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a Ziploc bag and crushing them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  4. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
  5. Melt the vanilla melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted wafers, tap off excess chocolate, and return to the cookie sheet.
  7. Chill again for an additional 5 minutes until set.
  8. Drizzle leftover melted wafers over the truffles and immediately add festive sprinkles.
