  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups toasted pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges.
  2. Toast pecans on a baking sheet for 8–10 minutes until fragrant; let cool.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; set aside to cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir in melted chocolate until well combined.
