  • 60 g Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 60 g Dairy-Free Milk
  • 3 tbsp Black Coffee
  • 80 g Dairy-Free Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
  • Cocoa Powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf tin with baking parchment.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, maple syrup, and dairy-free milk until smooth. Pour into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. While the cake is baking, mix together dairy-free yoghurt and vanilla protein powder until smooth.
  4. Once baked, soak the cake by pouring black coffee over it for one minute before removing from the tin.
  5. Slice the cake in half horizontally. Spread half of the yoghurt mixture on one slice and dust with cocoa powder; repeat with the second slice.
