  • 100 g Buckwheat Groats
  • 60 g Oats
  • 350 g Silken Tofu
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 140 g Vegan Dark Chocolate
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a food processor, blend pitted dates, buckwheat groats, and oats until crumbly. Press into the bottom of your baking dish.
  2. Make the filling: Melt the vegan dark chocolate and blend with silken tofu and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Assemble: Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top as needed. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  4. Chill: Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least one hour before serving.
