  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu between clean towels for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes and coat with cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook tofu until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Sauté sliced peppers and onions until caramelized, then add garlic and ginger.
  5. Stir in pineapple chunks and let caramelize.
  6. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup; pour over the mixture along with the crispy tofu.
  7. Stir gently to combine for 2 minutes before serving.
